RENTAL RATES:

Carolina on Southport (100 Southport Rd) available now! 

 

RENTAL includes:

  • Private use of the building exclusively for your event

  • Access 8:00am to 11:00pm 

  • Citizens location: 25, 36" square tables and 125 black chiavari chairs

  • Carolina location: 20, 60" round tables and 175 champagne chairs

  • Ivory or black linens

  • Ivory ceiling drapery with white or color uplighting

  • Cylinder candles

  • Sound system with microphone, Spotify access and podium

  • Catering is additional - choose from our inhouse options or the licensed caterer of your choice ($350 outside caterer permit fee and servers are required).

  • No outside alcohol is allowed, we have a license for beer, wine and liquor and will be happy to coordinate a cash or hosted bar

2026 BUILDING RENTAL Rates* ( time needed must include your set up/decorating time)

  • Monday-Wednesday: $1,800 full day  or $1,500 for 5 hours  

  • Thursday & Friday: $3,000 full day or $2,500 for 8 hours

  • Saturday: $4,200 full day or $3,500 for 8 hours

  • Sunday: $ 2,300 full day or $1,500 for 5 hours 

  • Photography studio: $125/hour

  • 25% Bereavement discount for celebration of life or repass (for events utilized within 2 weeks of booking)

  • 50% deposit required to secure a date and is non-refundable

  • Building rental is subject to 7% tax

  • *2027 rates are +5%

​MEETING SPECIAL, Monday-Thursday, 7:00AM-5:00PM

  • $1,500 rental rate (includes tables, chairs, linens, WIFI, 60" TV monitor for presentations ($125 value), AV System with microphone)

  • Lunch + Afternoon Break, $30++/person (choice of salad bar, sandwich bar, pasta bar, bbq or taco bar). Afternoon sweet break with assorted treats. 

  • All day coffee, infused water

  • Food and beverage subject to 7% tax, 2% hospitality tax on food, 22% service fee

ELOPEMENT Package, $2,000 plus tax

  • 2 hours of time for photos and ceremony

  • Candles, officiant and music included

  • Onsite wedding coordinator 

  • Bottle of champagne and 3-layer wedding cake

  • Additional hours, food or beverage can be added, fees apply

  • Package available daily or 9am-1pm Saturday. Based on availability, package can be booked with as little as 48 hour notice.

  • 19 total attendees, max including officiant and couple

Micro Wedding Package for up to 35 guests, $2,800 plus tax

  • 3 hours of time for photos, ceremony and reception

  • Candles, ceiling drapery with uplighting, gold hoop with florals

  • Onsite wedding coordinator 

  • Officiant and music playlist included

  • Champagne toast and small wedding cake

  • Additional food, beverage or hours in the venue can be added, fees apply

  • Package available daily or 9am-1pm on Saturdays. Based on availability, package can be booked with as little as 48 hour notice.

  • 35 guests, max

OTHER RENTAL:

  • Kitchen Rental (small local bakers and chefs needing a DHEC approved kitchen for outside food sales): $25/hour, based on availability

  • Caterer kitchen permit is $350/event for outside caterers to cover liability and food debris. 

  • Servers ($225) are required if outside catering is selected (1/75 guests)

  • Cake cutting and serving, $1.50/guest

  • Dish rental: plateware/glassware/silverware: $6/person (minimum $100)

  • 65" Smart TV and sound boost for presentations and video, $125

  • 8' x 24' pipe and drape with black or ivory linen, $125

  • Acrylic floral stands for centerpieces, $10

  • White feather centerpiece, $15 each

  • Ivory chair scarf with ruffle, $2 each

  • Upgraded ivory linen package, $175 per event

  • Bartender for 4 hours of service: $250, 1 per 40 guests

  • Security: $65/hour (four hour minimum)

  • Event Insurance: $175 (approximately)

  • All rental is subject to city tax (7%)

  • Food and drink is also subject to local hospitality tax (2%) and service charge of 22%
