AIMEE CHEEK, Owner and Director of Events
With over 30 years of experience in social and corporate events, conferences and weddings, Aimee Cheek leads C&S Events and Catering with a passion for organization, thoughtful details and calm execution. Known as a steady voice throughout the planning process, she makes events feel seamless and stress-free from start to finish.

A Pinterest enthusiast and firm believer that food elevates every celebration, Aimee also curates tailored, flavorful catering menus (inspired by her Midwestern roots) that delight a wide range of guests - often adding custom surprises to create memorable, one-of-a-kind moments.

Aimee's full-service approach combines creativity, organization and years of know-how, so clients can relax and enjoy the process while she and her team handle the details.

JOY McDADE ROBINETTE, Assistant Director of Events
With over 10 years of experience in food service and management, Joy brings heart, precision, and energy to every event she touches. A cornerstone of the C&S team since our founding five years ago, she has grown alongside the company and embodies the standard of excellence we’re known for.

True to her name, Joy’s contagious enthusiasm sets the tone as she executes events with confidence and a little spunk. As a recent bride, she brings firsthand insight into what makes celebrations truly special, allowing her to anticipate guests’ needs before they even realize they need something. From caring for guests to managing behind-the-scenes details, she ensures nothing is overlooked.

When she’s not creating memorable events, Joy loves spending time with her husband, playing with their five dogs, and hitting the slopes to go snowboarding.
DANIELLE HERNANDEZ, Hospitality Manager
Danielle has been an integral part of our team since the day we opened and continues to be a true pillar of our company. With years of experience in the service industry, Danielle is a versatile professional who can seamlessly step into any role—whether serving, bartending, coordinating, or supporting day-to-day operations. From setup to final details, she ensures every space is perfectly prepared and every event runs smoothly.
A dedicated mom of two boys, Danielle’s passion for hospitality extends beyond our team—you may even spot one of her sons at an event, learning the ropes of serving, bussing, and the importance of great hospitality. Her adaptability, attention to detail, and calm expertise help create seamless, welcoming events from start to finish.
TORI GARRETT, Beverage Manager
Tori is our beverage manager and lead mixologist, bringing years of bartending experience and ServSafe Alcohol certification to every event. Known for her creativity and attention to detail, Tori specializes in crafting custom cocktails and mocktails that elevate the guest experience and add a personal touch to each celebration. Whether designing a signature drink or managing a full bar service, she ensures beverages are as memorable as the event itself.
By day, Tori holds a Ed.D in professional leadership and SPED law and leads and supports special education efforts in a local school district, all while raising a five-year-old with wife, Kayla —making her a true master of balance, leadership, and creativity both behind the bar and beyond.
KAYLA GARRETT, Head of Security
Kayla serves as the head of our security team and brings unmatched expertise to every event as a dedicated police investigator by day—and night. Guest safety is always our top priority, and Kayla ensures a secure environment without ever compromising the fun, welcoming atmosphere of your celebration. Her calm presence, sharp instincts, and professionalism allow guests and hosts alike to relax and enjoy every moment.
When she’s not on duty, Kayla stays just as busy chasing after her energetic five-year-old son, whom she shares with her wife and our beverage manager, Tori—making hospitality and teamwork a true family affair.
KATIE PRATHER, Hospitality and Culinary Professional
Katie brings heart, creativity, and exceptional hospitality to every event. As a newlywed, she understands the importance of your big day—and the added stress that can come with it—making her especially attentive to the details that matter most. Whether she’s serving guests, bartending, assisting in the kitchen, or lending her bread baking skills for special occasions, Katie is dedicated to making each event feel truly special.
By day, she works as a physical therapist while completing graduate school and coaching color guard at a local high school, a reflection of her discipline, creativity, and passion for helping others thrive.
From polished logistics to custom surprises that spark joy, the C&S team specializes in creating meaningful moments that feel personal, polished and unforgettable.

We had a rehearsal dinner, cocktail party for 100 guests and it was absolutely wonderful! The venue was beautiful, the service was professional and the food was delicious.
